Digital Products

All digital downloads, templates, planners, and other electronic materials are non-refundable and non-returnable. Because these items are delivered instantly, we cannot issue refunds once an order has been completed. Please review product descriptions and previews carefully before purchasing.

Services

Any coaching, consultation, or digital customization services booked through The Travel Home are non-refundable once the service has begun or materials have been delivered. If you need to reschedule a service, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Accidental Purchases or Duplicate Orders

If you believe you were charged in error or made a duplicate purchase, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review your request and correct any technical or billing issues if applicable.

Product Access Issues

If you experience technical problems accessing a purchased file, contact us immediately. We will ensure you receive the correct download link or access to your purchase, but this does not constitute grounds for a refund.
